Eligibility & Timelines
- Physical product (QR stickers): 7‑day replacement for manufacturing defects or damage in transit. Unused and unpeeled only.
- Service activation issues: If we cannot activate your tag within 7 days of delivery due to a platform fault, you may request a refund.
- Change of mind: Not eligible once a tag is activated or sticker is used/peeled.
- Processing time: Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
How to request
- • Email: support@vsafetag.com within 7 days of delivery with your order ID, photos of the product, and reason.
- • Keep packaging and invoice. We may arrange pick‑up or share a return address.
Exclusions
- • Wear & tear, improper application, or damage after installation.
- • Network outages, third‑party service unavailability, or events beyond our control.

VSafeTag provides QR-based vehicle contact solutions, IVR call masking, instant alerts, and essential service listings.
By using our services, you consent to monitored and recorded calls for security, transparency, and service quality improvement.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use VSafeTag responsibly and lawfully. Misuse of the platform — including spam, harassment, fraud, or any illegal activity — is strictly prohibited.
VSafeTag reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these policies without prior notice.
3. Privacy
Your personal contact number will never be publicly disclosed. All calls are securely routed through our IVR masking system to protect your privacy.

4. Liability
All services are provided on a best-effort basis.
VSafeTag Private Limited shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Subscription plans, offers, and pricing are subject to change. Any revisions will be communicated via official website updates or registered user notifications.
Applicable taxes will be levied as per prevailing government regulations.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mysore, Karnataka.
